When doing a home improvement or repair job you need sufficient light to see what you are doing. So every handyman needs a construction light. But a normal working light is usually everything you are not looking for in small spaces or on a small job. They are often huge, heavy, come with power cords, heathen like crazy and are not portable. Also, we are not always looking for that kind of energy-absorbing monsters.
Manufacturers Makita and Festool produce high quality products, which are great for all your jobs on a daily base. But when you are not using them all the time, they are way too expensive to have them in your garage eating dust. How cool is to it to have the exact some quality, compact, easy to use light for just a so much more affordably price. Sometimes it is better to have a portable, light weighted, cordless LED Light. Place it in a small room and still lighten your work to do the job. We found this portable LED working light on Banggood and decided to test it out.

I already own some Makita products and therefore some batteries. That’s the reason I love this product so much. I already have a few batteries and chargers. It’s a really small unit that can put easily in one of my systainers.
If you need some extra light while you are working, and without the heat like a traditional construction light, this product is so cheap you can’t leave that.
It’s small and easy to setup and especially handy when you already owning some compatible batteries.
- Compatible with good and commonly used batteries from brands like Makita
- A carrying handle
No (extra) protection.
The light is placed on a heat sink but the heat sink is not warm and can be touched!
Portability / Mobility and Usability
We already mentioned the dimensions so the product is very portable. And the fact it is so portable and cordless it makes this product very usable in small rooms.
