The Main Features of the Xiaomi Aqara Gateway v2
Xiaomi Aqara Gateway v2 can be used to use Xiaomi sensors, switches, lights and others in the Mi Home app or Domoticz.
It also has a Speaker function, so you can use it as an alarm siren or doorbell or to stream internet radio. You can even upload your own MP3 files (only applicable to Android) but can also record your favorite sound as a doorbell ringtone. The unique personality doorbell ring will make your home more unique.
The Aqara Gateway comes with 16 Million color RGB Lights, which make that the gateway can be used as the small night light. These lights can be adjust in color and brightness.
Last but not least: it has a Nightlight Function. When combined with the Human Body Sensor, it will switch on the light when it is dark and someone passes by.
Specs
The Xiaomi Aqara Gateway v2 is the only gateway version that is compatible with Domoticz and home-assistant at the moment.
