We al know Blitzwolf from their smart watches, cables, chargers and smaller electronics gadgets and accessories. But recently the company upped their game and got into bigger products. We already reviewed a gaming chair, but they also got into monitor stands. That’s why we decided to test he BW-MS1 Monitor Stand. This stand is very affordable, but can it compete with the more experienced brands?

Assembly and installation
Assembly is simple. You can either use the clamp mount or a grommet mount. I decided to use the first one, since I don’t want to drill holes in my desk. But for both options all the parts are included. It also fits the most used VESA mount standards (see specs above). Assembly of the monitor on the stand can be a bit tricky, but you can loosen the hinge and I used a pillow to protect the monitor from getting damaged.
The monitor I used with the BS-MW1 was a 34″ ultra widescreen monitor. This is a bigger and heavier than the specs, but I’ve read that I would hold. And it did and still does. You have to tighten the hinges very fast, but it holds the monitor very well. The monitor stand can be put in all kinds off positions and it really clears up your desk.

Summary
BlitzWolf did it again: The BlitzWolf BW-MS1 Monitor Stand is a good product to for a reasonable price. It even fits my 34″ widescreen, but that is the limit since it officially only supports up to 27″ and 8 kg. It’s a great way keep your desktop clean and use your monitor in a more ergonomic way. It delivers more value compared to the existing players in the desktop ergonomics market, since its a full fledged monitor stand with all the additional features like being fully adjustable.
